- Create Individual Success Plan
- Create High School Course Plan with Friend and counselor that will allow you to meet postsecondary requirements
- If not on track to graduate, make plan for recovering credits, tutoring, or school alternative
- Visit at least one college or trade school
- Take part in community service/volunteer experiences or join leadership program
- Explore Careers through job shadow, workplace tour, attending career panel, career fair or informational interview
- Create resume
- Conduct mock interview
